Visit Sauce Goddess and order
your rubrubs.
Ingredients:
1ea 16 oz Boneless or Bone-In Filet.
1tbs for each side Original Super Chunk (for steak) Rubrub
or 1 tbs for each side of Moroccan Twist Rubrub.
1 tbs Latin Heat Rubrub for corn on cob.
1 tsp black peepercorn.
1 tsp coriander seed.
2 tbs olive oil.
3 garlic cloves.
1 smal shallot.
1/2 tsp red curry paste.
1/2 cup Spanish wine.
1/2 cup cream.
1 tsp Squeezed lime.
1 tsp parmesan cheese.
and your favorite hot sauce.
Open a bottle of Spanish wine!
Season your Bone-in or Boneless Filet with the Original Super Chunk (for steak) Rubrub
or with the Moroccan Twist Rubrub.
Set aside and bring to room temperature.
In a dry sauce pan (No oil) put 1 tsp whole black peppercorn and coriander seed.
Cook on low heat be-careful not to burn.
Make sure to put lid over the pan as peppercorn /seeds will pop.
Mix the following:
2 tbs olive oil
3 garlic cloves - crush and chop real fine
1 small shallot - sliced and diced fine
Stir in 1/2 tsp red curry paste.
Your ingredient will now start to become thicker.
Cut the tops of fenel frauns and add 1 tbs honey,
1/2 cup Spanish wine to deglaze, and
1/2 cup cream. Whisk together.
Turn heat off. Let cool for a bit then blend again with whisk or puree.
For Medium Rare
Pre heat BBQ on high
To cook steak just put on BBQ 2 min per side and edges.
While on grill use butter pads on both sides.
Watch out for flames when you add butter.

Using the Latin Heat Rubrub
Grill the corn bastes with butter until there are grill marks.
When corn is done take of grill and add
Squeeze limes; add parmesan cheese, and your favorite hot sauce.
if you would like add "creama fresh"
